When was your wedding? April 28, 2012
What made you choose your wedding date? I love the spring! It reminds me of a new beginning and the flowers are beautiful.
What was the most memorable part of your photography experience with Studio1923? (From engagement all the way till now). Engagement session in the snow and cold at Stratton Brook Park. My face got very red.
What was the weather like, and was it what you hoped for? How did it impact your day? It was a gorgeous sunny day in Connecticut.

What was the total guest count? Why did you pick the number of guests you did? Was it hard to get to that number? 225 It was very difficult! I have a big Irish family and Brian has a big Italian family.
Who was the florist? Azalea Floral Design
Where did you have your Ceremony? Saint Catherine of Siena in Simsbury, Connecticut.
Who was the Officiant? Father Michael
What do you remember most about the ceremony? How excited I was right before walking down the aisle. I remember looking at my dad and was so confident and happy with my decision to marry Brian.

Where was the reception held? The Riverview in Simsbury, Connecticut
Besides the “getting married” part, what was the most vivid memory of your wedding day? (Bride’s perspective) Hugging my new husband and making eye contact when we were taking pictures around our hometown. We took some pictures near these beautiful cherry blossoms and I remember being in awe.
Any advice to offer new brides and grooms to-be? I look at our photographs every single day. Photography is something to spurlge on so plan ahead!
What made your reception personalized to your own unique vision and expectations? We added little touches throughout the reception- personalized napkins, pictures of us.
What ended up being your favorite photo? Family photos. I was surprised but they came out so great!
What was the funniest thing that your remember happening? My maid of honor, Ali, sung a song she created about our friendship. It was so perfect and so funny.
What part of the day do you want to do again and why? Another dance
What regrets, (if any) do you have about the planning of your wedding and your decisions leading up to the day? None.
Besides the “getting married ” part, what was the most vivid memory of the day? (groom’s perspective)Dancing the night away.
