Moon over Manhattan

Stefanie and Danny’s wedding weekend was nothing short of spectacular. With 8 Bridesmaids, and 8 Groomsmen; you knew the party was going to be fantastic.

We started the day with Brunch at Papillon’s on E54th, for all of Stefanie’s girlfriends. (There are a lot of them) Then a quick retreat back to the hotel, to refresh, relax and then off to Sambuca’s on W72nd for Rehearsal Dinner. Some great tribute toasts followed by a little comedy toast by one of Danny’s great friends. Allison & Jay met us up at the hotel bar afterwards for some casual reminiscing from their recent wedding. Then everything began early the next morning when the women took over the 19th floor of the Bentley Hotel. Once settled into hair and makeup we took the limos over to Long Island City to the Water’s Edge, for their portraits and ceremonies; followed up with an awesome reception. During the toasts, the moon was setting slowly behind the Manhattan Skyline, crossing just perfectly behind the Chrysler Building.

I took this timed exposure fusion of the Skyline from where we were. Each photo was a 10 second exposure and there were 6 photos combined to make this shot.  Click on the panarama to view a larger photo of it.

Below are some of the highlights from their day.  Congratulations Stefanie & Danny!
